Unit 102 is a ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located next door to The Bayfield Inn. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with attached full bathroom, 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed. Additional 3/4 bathroom off of the living room, which has a drop-down queen-sized murphy bed for additional guests. Unit 102 has a large ground level walk-out patio with a panoramic view of Lake Superior. There is a small flight of stairs required to enter the unit from the parking lot. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, full living room with lake views and gas fireplace, modern amenities and furnishings. Washer & dryer included (laundry detergent not provided). Private parking for 1 vehicle. No smoking, no pets. Occupancy rate based on 4 people ($20/night per additional guest). Maximum 6 adults, children under 5 stay free!
